If you really need it NOW - Rush Order are considered on a case-by-case basis when materials are received less than 1 month of the wedding. Rush order fee apply and add a minimum of $150 or more depending upon rush time involved.

Each work is a one-of-a-kind, custom work of art created from scratch (no molds or preformed pieces).The sculptures are true miniatures and the photos submitted are used to create a likeness (see examples in the gallery). 

2) After contact and confirmation with the Shireena Sculptures - fill on the information on the form, and send: a SIGNED contract (Click here for wedding order form/contract), 1/2 the total price and, photos - by regular mail or email digital photos. 

3) After acceptance of design, another 1/4 payment is required. 

4) The final 1/4 is due upon completion along with the shipping and handling cost. 

The due date should take into consideration the cake decorator (call your cake decorator and ask how long they need before wedding date). 

*Deposits for custom wedding cake topper orders are refundable (except for $25 consultation fee) IF the sculpture has not been initiated. However, NO refunds of monies paid after initiation of the sculptural process.

Estimates are based upon the difficulties in construction and time available to complete project. (Upon initial contact, please provide detailed information on your design ideas and your wedding date). To reserve your space, you must fill out the contract and pay a deposit to guarantee your price and date. (If I am booked up and unable to do it - check the links page for other artists who are creating custom cake toppers). 

When submitting photos for sculpture - submit as many as possible of the face. Any good photos will do (do send copies or scans of originals). Additionally, please take some photos just for this project if you have the time. This will assist in the process. If you want to be smiling - please smile in ALL the photos shots (smiling muscles of the face change the contours of the bone structure):
1) Close up photo - full front face (smiling if that is how it is in the sculpture)
2) Profile (1/2 face, one eye showing)
3) 3/4 side view (1/2 face, in addition to other 1/4 cheek is showing)

Other photos views that will be helpful: 
1) Camera view is above head looking DOWN into face
2) Camera view is below head looking UP in

to face.
Do not change the angle of the face when taking photos (look straight ahead and smile) - have the photographer change only the angle of camera. The more angles of the face - the better - remember that we are creating a minature sculpture and many different views are needed to create a 3D structure! 

If the hair is up for the wedding, please submit at least one photo in approximate hair do to show the neckline. If your design calls for a particular pose, please send photos or sketches of that pose.   Also send photos of details such as wedding dress, veil, tiara, rings, or any other item. Small details will be put in as much as possible (the engagement ring is put in as a small 1 mm crystal, the size of a poppy seed, the wedding band is about the size of a pencil mark)  Head/face proportions will be slightly greater than life to capture as much detail as possible. If any structural problems related to the pose arise, they will be discussed before initiation of sculpture.
